She was predeceased by: her father Myron Groothuis; her uncles, Doyt and Roy (Jack); and her grandparents, Roy, Lila Trail, Tom and Margaret Groothuis.

She is survived by: her mother Toni Groothuis; her children, Mykell Rose Noble, James Lee Wamsley, Connor Scott Wamsley, Charles Weeks (CJ), Christi Weeks (Alyssa) and Mindy Groothuis; her great-nephews, Kory, Brentley and Koen; her great-niece Dashlynn; her aunts, Marla and Karen; her uncle Ray; and her cousins, Jacqui, Lara, Amber, Kyle and Jacob.

Memorials are preferred to the family.
