He is survived by: his father Kevin Frederick; his children, Aaden, Zoey, Pyper and Myles Frederick; his brother Travis Frederick; his grandfathers, Dean Neff and John Frederick (family: Christine Emineth, Steve Garvey, Patrick Garvey, Mary Stene, Krista Frederick); and his friends, Wayne Winterberg, Wayne Helm and Andrew Richards. He is also survived by his many aunts, uncles and cousins.
