With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Victor Richter (Bismarck, North Dakota), who passed away on March 6, 2021 at the age of 91. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, John Richter and Theresa Richter (Schmidt); and his siblings, Madonna and James. He is survived by: his daughters-in-law, Susan and Denise; his wife Mary; his children, Gary Richter (Coreen), Marlyn Richter (Susan), Mary Ann Vetter (Leland), Paul "Luke" Richter (Amy), Colleen Reisenauer (Tim), John Richter (Sandy), Monsignor Thomas Richter, David Richter, Marc Richter (Jill), Patrick Richter (Denise), Jerome Richter (Sara), Andrew Richter, Teresa Fiedler (Blake) and Lisa Prindiville (Matthew); his sisters, Elvira Rogstad, Johanna Nagel, Elizabeth Moch, Leona Richter and Kathleen Winkler; and also, Henry and Richard. He is also survived by 61 grandchildren; 20 great-grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers, the family asks that you please make gifts to the "Diocese of Bismarck Seminarian Fund".
