She was predeceased by: her former husband John Weisz; her parents, Art Nicholson and Carol Nicholson (Nelson); her brothers, Ronald, Tim, Lyle, Tom and Leland; and her in-laws, Jack, Marianne Weisz, Mary Buckley, Francis Kessel, Johanna White and Ruby Marquart.
She is survived by: her husband Hazelton; her daughters, Carol Thompson (Bruce) and Shelly Weisz; her brothers, Bill and Bernie Nicholson (Gale); and her in-laws, Darnell Nicholson of Sterling, ND, Helen Christensen (Vernal) of Sioux Falls, SD and Albert Marquart of Bismarck.
Visitation will be held on Friday, October 9th 2026 at 10:00 AM at the Eastgate Funeral Service (3117 E Century Ave, Bismarck, ND 58503). A memorial service will be held on Friday, October 9th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
For those wishing to, in lieu of flowers, memorials may be sent to the Alzheimer's Association or the North Dakota Veteran Cemetery, Mandan ND in loving memory of Vonnie Weisz.
