He was predeceased by: his parents, Wilmer Wallace "Bill" Fischer and Polly Ann Triggs Fischer; and his brother Paul Arthur Fischer. He is survived by: his siblings, Lee, Mark, Carl and Sandy.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, October 20th 2026 at 9:00 AM at the DaWise-Perry Funeral Services (4211 Old Red Trail, Mandan, ND 58554). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, October 20th 2026 at 10:00 AM at the same location. A burial was held on Tuesday, October 20th 2026 at 12:00 PM at the Sunset Memorial Gardens (1313 E Century Ave, Bismarck, ND 58503).
