It is with great sadness that we announce the death of William Kirk of Bismarck, North Dakota, born in Salt Lake City, Utah, who passed away on March 5, 2024, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his father William L. Kirk; his uncles, Clive Kirk (Noreen) and Vance Kirk (Beverly); his aunt Donna Kirk; and his parents-in-law, Joseph and Ellen Johnson.

He is survived by: his mother Elva Kirk (Harward); his wife Valerie Kirk (Johnson); his children, Ryan (Katie), Mackenzie Kirk, Kelly Kirk (Ian Laber) and Kyle Kirk; his siblings, Loretta Kirk and David Kirk (Cuc); and his brothers-in-law, Greg Johnson (Sue), Danny Johnson (Madonna), Dwight Johnson (Patty) and Randy Johnson (Marilyn). He is also survived by numerous nephews, nieces, and cousins.

In lieu of flowers the family requests memorials to the ND Veterans Cemetery Foundation, CHI Hospice or charity of choice.
