She was predeceased by: her parents, Edward Blada and Elnora Blada (Herslip); and her spouse Wendal Cushing of John's Lutheran Church. She is survived by: her children, Elizabeth (Randal Miller) of Bismarck, Byrnell Cushing (Janice) of Minot and Steve Cushing (Alice) of Peoria, AZ; her grandchildren, Kevin, Jessica, Karen, Zachary, Benjamin, Kailee, Tatum and Bryson; and her great grandchildren, Kaylee, Emma and Tanner. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
