She was predeceased by: her parents, Reinhold Klebe and Mathilda Klebe (Burmeister); her husband Donald James Smette; her granddaughter Andrea; and her siblings, Robert, Wilbert Klebe, Laurine Schulz and Doris Miller.
She is survived by: her daughters, Elaine Roy (Steve) of Townsend, Montana, Dianne Johnson (Jim) of Devils Lake, Janelle Blasingame (Greg) of Stockbridge, Georgia and Dawn Amy Berg (Brian) of Max; her grandchildren, Ribana Olson, Adalynn Rath, Jace Johnson and Tanner Berg; and her brother Ron Klebe (Norma) of Willow City. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family prefers memorials to New Hope Lutheran Church, Bloomfield Lutheran Cemetery, or a charity of the donor's choice.
