She was predeceased by : her grandparents, John, Kathleen Gladue, Frank (Lum) and Agnes Azure. She is survived by : her parents, Lester Azure and Elaine Azure (Gladue); her brother Kelly Azure Sr. (Dena); her daughters, Taylor Azure (Mike), Tiona Azure (Joseph) and Zaleigh Jo Azure; her nephews, Kelly Azure Jr., Layne Azure and Shane Counts; her grandchildren, Teyah, Amiah, Justyce, Sahayel, Joseph, Alainah and LaRayne; and her aunts and uncles, Peter, Wayne, Larry Gladue, Sylvester Azure (George), Leona Davis and Rose Davis (Lipchee). She is also survived by many numerous cousins, aunts, and uncles.
