With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Miriam Lynnes of Bottineau, North Dakota, born in Rugby, North Dakota, who passed away on January 13, 2024 at the age of 77. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by : her parents, Ervin Sr. Helmuth and Sarah Helmuth (Miller). She is survived by : her husband David Lynnes of Bottineau; her children, John Lynnes (JaLee) of Bottineau, Mary Jo Jahner (Dan) of Bottineau and Rachel Patterson (Boomer) of Minot; her grandchildren, Garrett Lynnes of Williston, Mason Lynnes of Bottineau, Jocelyn Jahner of Bottineau, Chelsey Jahner of Valley City, Jordan Miller, Lily Patterson of Minot and Colby Patterson of Minot; her siblings, Ervin Jr. Helmuth (Ruthann) of Mylo, Sandy Helmuth of Columbus, MT, Herschel Helmuth (Tammy) of Glendive, MT and Avis Helmuth of Dublin, OH; her sisters-in-law, Roxanne Mott of Minot, Avis O'Connell of Fargo and Jacquelyn Lynnes of Mobile, AL; and her nieces, Michelle and Audrea Helmuth. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests that memorials be given to an organization of the donors choosing.
