It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Willmar Ardell Peterson (Bowbells, North Dakota), who passed away on April 15, 2020, at the age of 84, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by : his parents, Louie Peterson and Carol Peterson (Thompson); his daughter Lisa Dawn Peterson; and his sisters, Joyce Matte, Lorraine Matte and Marion Swenson.

He is survived by : his wife Janette; his children, Janell Hoheisel (Jerome), John Peterson, Diana Jacobson (Wayne) and Shelley Ellsworth (Craig); his grandchildren, Jerel Hoheisel (Melissa), Jyl Kostelnik (Joe), Justin Hoheisel (Ashley), Amy, Eric Jacobson (Bria), Joy Jacobson, Tyler Ellsworth and Tucker Ellsworth; his great grandchildren, Hunter, McKenna Hoheisel, Sheldon Frueh, Alli, Maddie Richter, Kaley Kostelnik, Kolton, Lincoln, Everly Hoheisel, Eli, Ayla, Emet and Anly Anderson; his siblings, Calvin Peterson (Enrica) and Roberta Rolle; and his brother-in-law Dennis Rude. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.
