He was predeceased by: his parents, Lucille Burk and William Burk (Bill); his former wife Rene Burk; his daughter Michelle Domagala; his sister Ellen Blees; his brother-in-law Gerald Blees; and his niece Sandy Fahlstrom.
He is survived by: his wife Clarice Rene Sarsland; his children, Rocky Burk and Debbie Seymanski (Todd); his granddaughter Tia Seymanski; his son-in-law Keith Domagala; his grandsons, Garrett Domagala (Haley) and Sheldon Domagala (Bree); his great grandchildren, Scotti, Scout and Keaton; and his nieces, Becky Blees, Jody Rajewsky (Doug) and Kim Hall (Brian).
