He was predeceased by: his parents, Glenn Halverson and Norma Halverson (Olson) of Cando; his brother Stanley Halverson; his sister-in-law Brenda Halverson; his nephew Tyler Halverson; his sister-in-law Pat Satrom (Arnold Satrom); and his in-laws, Clark and Elvera Baker.
He is survived by: his wife Lorna; and his children, Greg Halverson of West Fargo, Kari Rinas (Bruce) of Egeland and Rod Halverson (Jamie) of Cando. He is also survived by nine grandchildren; and fourteen great-grandchildren.
