With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Lorie A. Currie of Cando, North Dakota, who passed away on May 11, 2025 at the age of 64. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Lorie A. Currie to pay them a last tribute.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Roderick Currie and Loretta Currie (Underdahl); her brothers, Allen, David and Doug Currie; and her nephews, Michael Sieler and Jesse Currie.
She is survived by: her significant other David Axtman of Cando, ND; her children, Nathan Axtman of Fargo, ND, Josie Axtman (Jade) of Finley, ND and Cassie Axtman (Cole) of Cando, ND; her grandchildren, MaryElla Axtman, Rody Axtman, Maddie Miller and Zaeley Axtman; and her siblings, Correen Dammen, Linda Harmon (Tom), Debbie Miller and Scott Currie. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
