He was predeceased by : his father William Sr. Sinner. He is survived by : his mother Jane Sinner (Beron); his wife Irene Miller; his children, Ryan (Joline) of Casselton, Bradley (Shelly) of Casselton, Cabrini Koffler (Larry) of Bismarck, ND, Kevin (Stephanie) of Kindred, ND and Rebecca Conley (Rich) of Maple Grove, MN; his grandchildren, Nicholas Martin, Reed, Casey Sinner, Brady, Carly, Catherine Sinner, Nate Koffler, Brock, Briggs Sinner, Genevieve and Quinn Conley; his great grandchild River Martin; and his siblings, Mark, William Jr. (Cherilyn), Stephen (Mali), Anne Pyle (Robert), Mary K Eustice (Brad), Margaret (Ali Oliai), Barb Wieland (Mark), Rita Diamanti, Bernie (Bonnie), Monica Goodwin (David) and Joan.
In lieu of flowers, memorials are preferred to Sinner Bresnahan Healthy Kids Initiative, Central Cass Tree House or Community of Care.
