It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Jean Marie Wilcox of Casselton, North Dakota, who passed away on July 6, 2025, at the age of 75, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Kenneth W. Buchholz and Inez Buchholz-Woell (Miller); her husband Gregory Wilcox; and her stepfather John Woell. She is survived by: her son Timothy William Wilcox (Emily); her grandchildren, Ellie Wilcox and Braden Wilcox; and her siblings, Gerald Buchholz (Cindy), Jo Ann Glarum (Brad), Thomas Buchholz (Carolyn), Dennis Buchholz (Elizabeth), Patricia Freiborg (Loren), Kathleen Valdez (David) and Deplazes.
Visitation was held on Monday, July 14th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the West Funeral Home (31 6th Ave N, Casselton, ND 58012). A memorial service was held on Monday, July 14th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to Martin's Lutheran Quilters, a group dedicated to creating and donating quilts to local children and adults in need of warmth and comfort.
