Robert Punton Obituary

The memory of Robert Punton (Casselton, North Dakota), who passed away on March 6, 2026 at the age of 73, will forever remain in the hearts of those touched by this precious presence in their lives. He was predeceased by: his father Ralph Punton; his parents-in-law, Clarence Baumler and Margaret Baumler (Dooley); his brother-in-law Arnie Opp; and his nephew Todd Opp.

He is survived by: his mother Helen Punton (Olstad); his wife Jenifer (Baumler); his daughters, Amy Warrey (Jonathan), Melissa Oberlander (Jay) and Jesse Ostrowski (Tom); his grandchildren, Grace (Bennett), Owen, Gavin, Ian, Parker, Lydia and Ellen; and his sisters, Susan Opp and Cindy Whitmore (Mike). He is also survived by many extended family members and dear friends.

In lieu of flowers, memorials are preferred to the Michael J. Fox Foundation for Parkinson's Research, HIA Hospice, or a charity of your choice.
