He is survived by: his wife Rhonda; his daughters, Samantha (Hyder) and Sallie; his grandson Maxwell; his siblings, Gayle Dillon (Jim) and Lonny Schweitzer (Kate); his mother-in-law Elaine Lembke; and his brothers-in-law, Curt Lembke (Mary) and Randy Lembke (Peggy). He is also survived by his nieces and nephews, many extended family members and dear friends.
