He was predeceased by : his grandparents, Everett, Katherine Rasmussen, William and Martha Koapke. He is survived by : his parents, Luther Koapke and Marie Koapke (Rasmussen); his son James; his wife Patty; his siblings, Katrina Koapke of St. Thomas and Travis Koapke (Heather) of Huron; his parents-in-law, Richard and Deborah Geary; his siblings-in-law, Mischelle Dahna (Jason), Heather Baumann (Justin), Christie McKamey (Christopher) and Richard Geary; his godparents, Richard and Darlyn Siegel of Sunnyvale; his uncles, William, Everett Rasmussen and Carl Rasmussen; his aunt Clara Koapke; his cousins, Elson Duffy, Steve Rasmussen and William Jr. Koapke; and his nieces and nephews, Jalen Baumann, Theodore Jangula and Sarah Dahna. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles and cousins.
