He was predeceased by: his parents, Marjorie Pietsch and Edwin Pietsch of Durbin; his wife Betty Pietsch; his parents-in-law, Thelma and Bob Hahn; his siblings, Bill Pietsch and Joan Schatzke; his siblings-in-law, Barb Hahn, Ellie Hahn and Clay Larson; and his nephews, Jason Schatzke and Jacob Hahn.
He is survived by: his girlfriend Betty Thompson; his children, Brian Pietsch (Christopher Hermann), Brenda Levos (Tom) and Kevin Pietsch (Erin); his grandchildren, Hope Levos, Megan Levos, Matthew Pietsch and Reagan Pietsch; his brother Don Pietsch (Elvon); and his siblings-in-law, Vonnie Pietsch, Joyce Larson, Beverly Heller (Dennis), Robert Hahn (Eileen), Rodney Hahn (Peggy) and Keith Schatzke.
