She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert Nelson and Elsie Nelson (Wunderlich); her husband Frederick; and her siblings, Ruby Hook (Bill) and Robert Nelson (Rose).

She is survived by: her children, John Dichraff and Linda Horvath (Brad); her grandson Joshua Horvath; and her brother Russell Nelson (Elouise). She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
