She was predeceased by: her parents, Franklin Nelson and Bertha Nelson (Fiske); her husband Kenneth Gold (Allan Forness); her son Terry Forness; and her siblings, LeVoine Nelson, Kathleen Jacobson (Rueben), Arland Nelson and Diane Nelson.
She is survived by: her children, Mark Forness (Susan), Joel Forness (Rebecca), Lisa Monson (Randy) and Paula Hoyt; her daughter-in-law Andrea Forness; her grandchildren, Tricia Johnson (David), Rachel Bruflat, Kristi Swenson (Eric), Jeffrey Forness (Jennifer), Seth Forness (Brittany), Emily Nash (Samuel), Stefanie Forness, Austin Monson (Michelle) and Jasmine Paczkowski (Nick); and her sisters-in-law, Gladys Nelson, Helen Gold and Carol Nelson. She is also survived by 21 great-grandchildren and 3 great-great-grandchildren.
