He was predeceased by : his parents, Erling Lunde and Dorothy Lunde (Tweed); and his brother Kurt. He is survived by : his wife Julie; his son Brett (Lindsey); his grandchildren, Macy, McKenna, Paisley and Beckett; his children, Natalie, Gavin, Drake and Jesse (Allison); his son-in-law Matthew Nelson; his brother Mark (Nancy); his children, Krista Bauer (Scott) and Shawn (Alisha); his sister Beth Ruzicka (Rodney); his uncle David Lunde; his aunt Elaine Tweed; and also Madison. He is also survived by many cousins and friends.
