It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Mildred Rislov of Cooperstown, North Dakota, who passed away on April 4, 2024, at the age of 96, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by : her parents, Leland Schwinger and Anna Marie Schwinger (Holten); her sons, Larry and Mark; her brother Kenneth Schwinger; her brother-in-law Kenneth Chandler; and her grandson Thomas Rislov.

She is survived by : her husband Wallace Rislov (Florence); her children, Kay Arnesen (Edward) and Dave Rislov (Connie); her daughters-in-law, Karla Rislov and Vickie Rislov; her sisters, Inez Chandler and Janet Drake (Burt); and her sister-in-law Shirley Schwinger. She is also survived by 10 grandchildren, and 16 great-grandchildren.
