Mitchell and Laura Fleming Mitchell of Crystal; his siblings, Robert and Sheila; his siblings-in-law, Grayce Mitchell and Stephen Dacus; his nieces, Carrie Ngongo, Emily Mitchell of Seattle, Laura Wooten of Haarlem and Caitlin Dacus of Boulder; and his nephew Andrew Dacus of Cary. He was also cherished by four grand-nieces; and one grand-nephew.
