He was predeceased by: his parents, Frederick Heer Jr. and Elizabeth Heer (Bezug); and his wife Armelle. He is survived by: his son Bradley Heer (Rayelle Hite) of Devils Lake, ND; and his sisters, Deloris Haffner of Mitchell, SD and Shirley Kramer (Donald).
