He is survived by: his wife Carol Lee Aronson; his children, Wanda (Johnson) of Devils Lake, Eric Nygaard of Devils Lake, Gerald Johnson Jr. of Devils Lake and Kris of Devils Lake; his grandchildren, Chase Johnson of Jamestown, ND, Brady of Devils Lake, Shayla Nygaard of Devils Lake, Morgan Johnson of Devils Lake and Jada Nygaard of Devils Lake; his siblings, Lynn Johnson (Donna) of Towner, ND, Cheryl Perkuhn (Roger) of Devils Lake, Myrle Aronson (Darlene) of Devils Lake, Judy Aronson of Devils Lake and Beverly Sager of Devils Lake; and his godchildren, Greg Sager, Dwight Olson, Tammy Kmecht, Tracy Brewer, Jamie Thomson, Cynthia Skoda, Jennifer Hostrup, Danny Johnson, Davy Johnson and Travis Sager.
