He was predeceased by: his parents, Alvin Strong and Dorothea Strong (Bercier); and his son James Strong. He is survived by: his brother Harland C. Strong of Luverne, MN; his children, Patti Teachout of Eustis, FL and Alvin Strong of Lake Wylie, SC; his grandchildren, Yosha Riley, Dimitri Teachout, Willow and Mavis Strong; and his niece Jessica Strong StClair (Laura Halle).
