She was predeceased by: her parents, Arthur Haugen and Ethel Haugen (Pethick); her husband Duane Bye; and her brothers, William Haugen (Lena) and Robert Haugen (O'Detta).
She is survived by: her niece Lesli; her siblings, Glenn Haugen (Shirley) of Valley City, ND, Janice Bottenhagen of Billings, MT, Jeanette Olson and Karen Pretzer of Minot, ND; and her sisters-in-law, Marlys Haugen of Fargo, ND and Gladys Brand of Minot. She is also survived by 8 siblings, nieces, nephews, great-nieces and great-nephews.
