We are sad to announce that on August 2, 2019, at the age of 87, Mark Motis (Devils Lake, North Dakota), born in Hankinson, North Dakota passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Steven Motis and Clara Motis (Gereskze); his grandson Nicholas Barker; and his siblings, Agnes Mackove, Aquelia Jaeger, Margaret Hinrichs, William, John, Luke and Allan Motis.
He is survived by: his spouse Adelene Turkula; his children, Charles Motis (Kim) of Bismarck, ND, Beth Motis of Northglenn, CO, Clarissa Barker, Longmont and Kristie Fehrenbacher (Philip); his grandchildren, Kari (Zach Motis), Jennifer, Susan (Daniel Levy), Ben, Christopher (Lucas Barker) and Kennedy (Madelyn Fehrenbacher); and his sisters-in-law, Arlene Motis and Darlene Motis. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorials are suggested to Minnewaukan American Legion Post #86 or Devils Lake Masonic Lodge #21.
