He is survived by: his wife Dorothy Binek; his children, Sarah Uhler (Mark), Dave Bussier and Nancy Wahl (Russ); his grandchild Amée Stefalo (Joe); his children, Bennett Uhler (Alexis), Ellyse Schwartz (Joel), Sophia Bussier, Lexi Bussier, Emma Wahl and Ava Wahl; his sister Arlene Hamilton; and his foster sisters, Teri, Mary and Donna. He is also survived by 11 great-grandchildren.

Visitation was held on Thursday, September 10th 2026 from 5:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Stevenson Funeral Home (2067 1st St W, Dickinson, ND 58601). A prayer was held on Thursday, September 10th 2026 from 6:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Stevenson Funeral Homes - Dickinson (2067 1st St W, Dickinson, ND 58601). A Mass was held on Friday, September 11th 2026 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Queen of Peace Catholic Church (725 12th St W, Dickinson, ND 58601).
