He is survived by: his parents, Mike Sterk and Angie Sterk (BaanHofman); his children, DJ Sage (Sabrina) of Yankton, Jessica Sterk (Donovan Seiler) of Yankton and Allison Sterk (Jeremy Gaertner) of Sioux Falls; his grandchildren, Tristin Sage, Adalynn Sage, Paislynn Sage, Deondre Davies, ZaNyah Seiler, Avaya Seiler, Jade Seiler and Berlin Gaertner; and his siblings, Vicky Graves (Bruce) of Mitchell, Daren Sterk (Kelly) of Mitchell and LaDawn Weidner (Brian) of Dickinson, ND. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, great-nieces, and great-nephews.
