Idel Ruggles Obituary
We are sad to announce that, on March 15, 2026, at the age of 98, Idel Ruggles in Dickinson, North Dakota passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Art Stafford and Ellen Stafford (Powell); her husband Robert Ruggles; her siblings, Doris Teske (Lloyd) and Arden Stafford; her siblings-in-law, Lowell Ruggles (Betty), Willard Ruggles, Keith Ruggles (Rose) and Jean Schaar (Fred); and her son-in-law Melvin Siverson.
She is survived by: her children, Linda Siverson, Connie Scheeler (Leon), Kerry Ruggles (Twyla), Joan Karsky (Dean) and Pat Ruggles (Faye); and her sister-in-law Eunice Rugglesand (Willard). She is also survived by 19 grandchildren and many great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorials be sent to St. Luke's Home.
