She was predeceased by: her parents, Steve Tuhy and Agnes "Zastoupil" Tuhy; her husband Vincent R. Dvorak; her daughter Daphne; her siblings, Albert Tuhy, Robert Tuhy, William Tuhy, Joseph Tuhy, Minnie Heidt, Margaret Hibl and Mary Mann; her grandchildren, Joseph Dvorak and Heather Carstairs (Dvorak); and her great grandchild Liliana Cunningham.
She is survived by: her sons, Gary "Linda", NJ, Jeff "Darlene" Dvorak and Greg "Ronda". She is also survived by ten grandchildren, several great grandchildren and great great grandchildren.
