She was predeceased by: her parents, Frank Gion and Marion Gion (Kilzer); her husband Joe; her daughter Margaret; and her siblings, Herman Gion (Kathleen), Jim Gion (Marie), Delores Loh (Don), Margaret Cone (Norris) and Vera Gion (Ed).

She is survived by: her children, Diane Johannesen of Sundance, WY, Jeff Loh of Dickinson and Tim Loh (Vickie) of Manning; her grandchildren, Lorri Capistran (Kevin), Loren Loh (Bernadette), Carl Johannesen (Jena) and Paul Johannesen (Jessica); and her great grandchildren, Maria Loh, John Loh, Gianna Loh, Rebecca Loh, Samantha Loh, Ben Capistran, Ella Capistran, Beth Capistran, Sawyer Johannesen, Watson Johannesen, Wells Johannesen and Amelia Johannesen.

In lieu of flowers, memorials can be made to St. Henry's Cemetery in Regent.
