He was predeceased by: his parents, Jerome Schwindt and Clemy "Frank" Schwindt; his brother Greg Schwindt; his in-laws, William (Mike) and Jo McCabe; and his siblings-in-law, Michael McCabe and Kelly Reiniger.
He is survived by: his wife Shari McCabe of Dickinson; his sons, Bryan Schwindt, Travis Schwindt (Beth) and Clayton Schwindt; and his siblings, Scott Schwindt (Robbin), Pam Kilwein (Ray), Rita Ries (Steve) and Sharon McCloud (Terry).
