He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank L. Kostelecky and Pauline Kostelecky (Sykora); his siblings, Edwin A. Kostelecky (Navy) and Mary Rhode; his siblings-in-law, Dave Thompson, Robert Rhode, Delbert Gottsacker and Pat Kostelecky; and his nephews, Tim Kostelecky and Randy Jablonsky.
He is survived by: his siblings, Don Kostelecky of Battlelake, MN, Bette Gottsacker of Gervais, OR, Rosemary Jablonsky (Don) of Haslet, TX and Fran Thompson (Bob Ober) of Valencia, PA.
