He was predeceased by: his parents, Ralph Urlacher and Bridget Urlacher (Splichal); his sister Beverly Braun; his wife Joan Urlacher; and his brother-in-law Richard Wanner.
He is survived by: his children, Sara Lawrey (Dallas), Amy Urlacher, Heidi Urlacher and Don Urlacher (Jackie); his grandchildren, Chantal Heth (Mason), Brayden Urlacher, Ethan Lawrey, Ieesha Jordan, Iaunica Jordan, Jocelyn Urlacher and Keegan Urlacher; his great grandchildren, Lilly, Emmett and Reygan Heth; his siblings, Karen Kouba, Kenny Urlacher, Debbie Briske (Chuck) and Barbie Woehl (Brian); and his close friend Diane. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
