He is survived by : his nephew Derrick; his wife Vera Petty; his daughter Kristy Simonieg (Tom); his grandson Bryton Petty; his siblings, Archie Roll (Jim), Geraldine Grinsteiner (Ken) and Ken Weiler (Jeanette); and his siblings-in-law, Ivan Petty (Kathryn), Clyde Petty and Ida Grotte.
