As Gorlyn departs from our midst, his spirit ascends to join the cosmic dance of stars, a shimmering constellation of memories that will forever grace the night sky of the hearts of those who loved Gorlyn. Though Gorlyn may no longer walk beside us, his legacy lives on — a testament to the enduring power of love to transcend the boundaries of time and space.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, June 15th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Thompson - Larson Funeral Home (21 3rd Ave SW, Minot, ND 58701). A funeral service will be held on Monday, June 16th 2025 at 10:30 AM at the St. John Lutheran Church (530 Main St, Ryder, ND 58779).
Memorials: In lieu of flowers, memorials are preferred to the Ryder American Legion Post 99, Douglas Fire Department, or St. John's Lutheran Church Ryder.
