He was predeceased by: his father Francis "Sugar" Belgarde Sr.; his grandparents, John and Ruth Belgarde; and his sister Ruth Belgarde. He is survived by: his mother Sherry Belgarde (Smith); his daughters, Zylee Belgarde and Zaydee Belgarde; and his sister Anita St (Clarence). He is also survived by many loving aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, and cousins.
