He is survived by: his sister Shelly (Mike Albertson) of St. John; his children, Nathan (Chalsie) and Heather (Thomas Carrell); his sister-in-law Marlee Rae of Bottineau; his nephew Joshua (Mindy); his niece Brittany Westby (Lee); his brother Joel of Dunseith; and his niece Rochelle (Donavan).
Visitation will be held on Friday, October 9th 2026 at 1:00 PM at the Peace Lutheran Church (315 Main St, Dunseith, ND 58329). A funeral service will be held on Friday, October 9th 2026 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that memorials be given to the International Peace Garden, Eventide Senior Living-Devils Lake or the Peace Lutheran Church.
