He was predeceased by: his parents, James Azure and Vita Azure of Dunseith, ND.; his brother Kenny Azure; and his grandparents, Mike, Josephine Poitra, Moses and Mary Azure.
He is survived by: his wife Shelly; his children, Jesse Azure and Chelsea Counts (Ricky); his granddaughters, Tayla Azure, Bailee Azure and Oaklynn Counts; and his siblings, Jackie Delorme (Ramsey), Bobbi Jo Azure (Petey), Stacy Azure (Jessica) and Jamie Azure. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, aunts and uncles.
Visitation will be held on Friday, June 6th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM at the St. Anthony's Catholic Church. A rosary will be held on Friday, June 6th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the same location. A Mass will be held on Friday, June 6th 2025 at 3:00 PM at the same location.
