She was predeceased by: her parents, Raymon Thiefoe and Frances Thiefoe (Delorme); her husband Albert LaVallie; and her in-laws, John and Cecilia LaVallie.
She is survived by: her children, William LaVallie of Dickinson, ND, Tammy LaVallie of Minot and Tracy LaVallie of Bismarck; and her siblings, Raymind Thiefoe (Maryann) of Phoenix, AZ, Theresa Wilson (Richard) of Fargo, ND and Darlene Bergstrom (Corvin) of Draper, UT. She is also survived by ten grandchildren; and five great‑grandchildren.
A wake was held on Thursday, October 15th 2026 at 4:00 PM at the St. Michael's Catholic Church (112 1st St W, Dunseith, ND 58329). A Mass was held on Friday, October 16th 2026 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
