She was predeceased by : her parents, Elizabeth Skalsky, (Fibiger) and Frank Skalsky, Sr.; her husband Kenneth Schatz; and her siblings, Adeline Tibor, Diane Miller and Frank Skalsky, Jr..
She is survived by : her great grandchildren, Amelia, Anna, Paxton and Pike; her children, Kirby Schatz (JoAnn) of Elgin, Kerry Schatz (Shannan Senger) of Hazen, Kay Mayer (Monty) of Hazen and Kelly Jennings (Mark) of Washburn; her granddaughters, Dr. Bethanie Quinn (Joe) of Hastings, MN, Lindsay Borlaug (Ryan) of Hazen, Abby Berger (Dylan) of Bismarck, Jordan Bresnahan (Mark) of Grand Forks, Jacey Mayer of Dickinson, Madelyn, Molly, Maggie and Mae Jennings of Washburn; her great grandchildren, James Quinn of Hastings, MN and Presley Borlaug of Hazen, ND.; and her sister Joyce Perman (John) of Oroville, CA. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
