He was predeceased by : his parents, Morville S. Skretteberg and Evelyn A. Skretteberg (Johnson); his wife Millie Weishaar; and his brother Monte. He is survived by : his brothers, Gary Skretteberg (Audrey) of Carson, ND and Loron Skretteberg (LaVonne) of Carson, ND; his sister-in-law Jeanette Brodehl of Elgin, ND; and his close friend Joni Meyer of Morristown, SD. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
