She was predeceased by: her husband Leo Arnold Lemna; her children, Joanne Mary, Nancy Jean, Ronald Leo, Curtis James and Daniel Paul; her daughter-in-law Kellie Sue; and her siblings, Richard, Francis, Joseph, Raymond, Maurice, Bernadette, Delores and Margaret.
She is survived by: her children, Wanda Kay O'Neal of Cary, William John Lemna, Michael Scott Lemna (Randi Lindemann) and Jeffrey Alan Lemna (Serrina); her grandchildren, Troy, Yvonne, Kylan O'Neal, Jessica Mark (Dusty), Erica Muchow (Josh), Christopher Lemna (Michaela), Jaylen, Nolan, Morgan Lemna, Kiara Groth (Tanner), Kolby and Quinn Lindemann; and her great grandchildren, Walker, Brantley, Bree Mark, Elijah Muchow, Audrey, Leo, Briggs, Clayton Lemna, Tatym and DeLainey Groth.
