As Stephen departs from our midst, his spirit ascends to join the cosmic dance of stars, a shimmering constellation of memories that will forever grace the night sky of the hearts of those who loved Stephen. Though Stephen may no longer walk beside us, his legacy lives on — a testament to the enduring power of love to transcend the boundaries of time and space.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Michael Ripplinger and Helen Ripplinger (Lesmeister). He is survived by: his children, Amanda Ripplinger of Harvey, Scott of Albuquerque, NM and Paul (Sheila) of Enderlin; his grandchildren, Hunter (Alyssa), Michael and Jasmine (Chase); his great grandchild Noa Mae; and his sisters, Stephina Gisi of Rapid City, SD and Sylvia Grad of Harvey.
Visitation was held on Thursday, November 13th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Hertz Funeral Homes - Harvey (800 Birch Ave, Harvey, ND 58341). A prayer was held on Thursday, November 13th 2025 at 7:00 PM at the same location. A funeral service was held on Friday, November 14th 2025 at 10:30 AM at the Funeral St. Cecilia Catholic Church (413 Brewster St E, Harvey, ND 58341).
