In the soft embrace of remembrance, we recall the profound impact James had on those he encountered along his journey. Though James may have slipped beyond the veil of mortality, his essence lingers like a faint fragrance in the air, a lingering reminder of the beauty and complexity of the human experience.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter "Bud" Hansen and Laura Hansen (Stevens); and his sister Sheila Hanna. He is survived by: his sons, Casey of Fargo, ND and Corey of Sioux Falls, SD; his grandchildren, Locke Hansen and Ophelia Hansen; and his siblings, Frederick Hansen (Jinky) of Mountain House, CA, Susan Ruud (Robert) of Harwood, ND and Marie Lawson (Alex) of Pawleys Island, SC. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorials are preferred to the Vasa Lutheran Cemetery Fund: 4379 46th Street NE Esmond, ND 58332.
