He is survived by : his wife Ruth Noel of Fairmount, ND; his children, Deena Andreasen (Eric) of Abercrombie, ND, Brent Noel (Eve) of Forest, VA and Risa Fryhling (Kyle) of Mobridge, SD; his grandchildren, Nathan (Emily), Raeann, Nikita, Thomas, Tanner, Letty, Carson and Reagan; his great grandchild Leonard "Leo"; and his siblings, Joseph Noel, Jerome Noel (Cory), Charles Noel (Judy), Phyllis Schwenzfeier (Roger), Roger Noel (Rebecca) and Henry Noel (Judy). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews and great nieces and nephews.
